For a long time, I was trying to make everything fit together... business, responsibility, ambition + the life I actually wanted to have.
Things changed when I realized the answer wasn’t always doing more. Sometimes it was questioning how I was doing it in the first place.

I’m pretty easygoing.
Calls are casual, there’s usually some joking around + you’ll always have space to vent when you need it.
But I’m also not there to agree with everything you say.
I’ll listen, take notes, hold onto the things that stand out + come back to them when I think there’s something worth looking at a little closer. I’ll make suggestions, give you my perspective + challenge you when I think it’ll help but at the end of the day, it’s your business and your life. You get to decide what actually fits + what you want and I'm here to help you grow or scale... or whatever else you want to do.

After years of building businesses of my own, I started training more intentionally in coaching and began turning what I’d learned into support for other business owners.
